Prentice Events are a Registered Scottish Charity (sc039404), that aims to create and deliver charity events (primarily cycling), to raise funds for charities, to improve the health of our youth and promote environmentally friendly transport.
Events are:
The SESTRAN Two Capitals: A fun, scenic ride from Dunfermline Abbey in Fife, across the Forth Road Bridge to Victoria Park in Edinburgh. This event runs annually in June , and provides bus and bike transport to the start and from the finish. see details on this web site or visa the dedicated event site www.twocapitals.org
The Auld Alliance: A unique event which runs from the historic city of Edinburgh, finishing in the beautiful city of[ Paris. Option to travel by Minibus to Hull , then Zeebrugge to Paris ( 4days) or join us at Hull or cylce. This event runs annually in last week of August.
SPORTIVE DUNFERMLINE : The event has 3 courses to cater for most abilities , with 95 miles , 64 miles and 45 miles ( approx) Held annually in May starting Queen Ann High School Dunfermline . see details below or at dedicated site www.sportivedunfermline.org
TOURDESFERMES : A One or Two day event starting at Cragies Farm South Queensferry and vis farm coffee shops for coffeee and Lunch to Nydie Camp site at Strathkinness and back the following day

TOURDEFORTH : 11th August and starts at [Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh, and is a circualr route of about 70 miles arouind the River Forth, We have a spotrive, a classic and a family ride ( 22miles) so join us for great day out see www.tourdeforth.com
PEDAL4PEACE; A new event for 2013, starting at Dunfermline and going over 4 days to Newcastle, sail over and then 1 day to Peace Palace the Hague in Holland.We finish with a days cycle or sightseeing and return by minibus to Edinburgh. see below more details or email prenticeevents©gmail.com

Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of something special and help support us raise vital funds for various charities?
We are looking for volunteer support staff and drivers to come to Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam to assist in our events, distribute products supplied by our sponsors and take part in receptions in Lille, Peronne and Compiegne.
